I'm Lyndsi Hunt, I am a mom, long time preschool teacher, and cleaning enthusiast. I enjoy leading a healthy lifestyle, not only physically and mentally, but in my home as well. I have been committed to an intense CrossFit workout schedule of 5-6 times a week for the last 4 years, and my food menu is very clean. I hope by modeling a healthy lifestyle, others will be encouraged to prioritize this in their lives as well.
